To celebrate the Christmas season and greet our friends and readers Roxanne has made a watercolour painting of an Iberian lynx padding through the snow.

The Iberian lynx is a critically endangered species – so rare, in fact, that I have never even thought of thinking of going and looking for one… but Roxanne dreams big. One day she plans to have a finca on a Spanish mountainside, and she expects to wake, one winter’s morn, and find a trail of lynx shaped footprints on the terrace…
